The house is stone built with traditional wooden windows and shutters. It was originally owned by the village cobbler, and dates back to the early 1900`s.

It is single storey, but on two levels separated by five stone steps. It has a living area with open plan kitchen at the lower level, and a double bedroom on the higher level.

The kitchen has a built-in hob and oven. There is an old stone fireplace which has been preserved, but no longer works as there is no chimney. Instead there is a cast-iron wood-burning stove.

There is a large double bedroom with a full height built-in wardrobe. This room has french doors that open on to a spacious patio with two mature cypress trees giving shade from the hot summer sun.

The bathroom is quite spacious and has a huge walk-in shower with a seating area should you get tired whilst showering!

The bedroom and bathroom are separated from the living area by the stone steps mentioned previously, and a small lobby.

Outside there are two separate patio areas with ample room to eat and relax. Also there is a traditional stone stairway up to the split level roof terrace. In the old days it was not usual to include banisters, so the stairway is not presently suitable for children or those who dislike heights! A banister could, of course, be added quite easily.

The roof terrace is fully tiled and protected by wooden railings and parapet walls, and offers ample room for sunbathing, with wonderful views of the village, the surrounding hills, and the sea in two directions.
